To you, our valued guests: These past weeks have been a remarkable time of stress and change throughout the world. As stabilization of the COVID-19 pandemic is occurring and cities (and our restaurants) are beginning to reopen, we want you to know that we’re working hard to keep you and our team members safe.
You may see plexiglass partitions in front of our registers or in other places in the restaurants. You’ll find hand sanitizer dispensers and disinfecting wipes for your use, social distancing markers, and pizzas that are cooked in a blazin’ hot oven and then immediately sealed with tamper-proof stickers. We’ll even give you a bag to safely store your mask while you eat. Our team members receive daily wellness checks. You’ll see them wearing face masks and gloves and continuing to wash their hands frequently. Most locations will have a designated host in the dining area to assist you and we will continue to monitor and adopt other new procedures to keep our restaurants safe.
There are many contactless payment options for your use. We’ve launched additional delivery partners and you can order Blaze through our app or website or via DoorDash, Postmates, or Uber Eats. You can also now get contactless curbside pickup at many of our locations, or you can choose inside pickup or take your order down the line to-go. We are here so you can choose which Wayz to Blaze work for you.
We also believe giving back to the communities we serve is of paramount importance. In the last two months, we have given away 11,000+ free caprese salads to our guests, donated 1,800 pounds of cheese to a shelter and delivered thousands of pizzas to first responders, hospitals, schools, and grocery store workers. Our chef hosted online pizza making classes for third and fourth graders and we’ve sponsored drive-thru teacher appreciation days. We will continue to look for ways to continue #BlazingItForward and we appreciate the support you’ve shown our team members.
